Investment law and arbitration

We assist with investment law matters and disputes, including investment arbitration. We begin with the investment, relevant agreements and treaties, and the legal framework to assess the issues and the scope of support required.

Arbitrator appointments

We are also available for arbitrator appointments, subject to independence, impartiality and availability. This is a separate role from acting as a party representative.
